Round locksSubmit before the first match of each round. Once kickoff happens, that round is locked.
Core Rules
- Pick the community you represent. Existing accounts can choose once after login.
- You can edit your picks until the first match of the active round begins.
- Once a round starts, every pick for that round is locked permanently.
- Golden Boot (Group Stage Top Scorer) and World Champion picks lock with Round 1, before the first Group Stage match.
- Knockout rounds open only after the required teams are known and the admin unlocks the round.
- The better your predictions, the higher you climb on the live leaderboard.
What To Pick
- Group stage: every match winner or draw is worth 2 points when correct.
- Group prediction: each correct group winner is worth 5 points.
- Bonus picks: Golden Boot (Group Stage Top Scorer) is worth 12 points and World Champion is worth 25 points.
- Knockout stage: the advancing team for each match from Round of 32 to the Final.
- Bronze Final and The Final are separate prediction rounds with their own locks.
Fair Play & Prize Eligibility
- Each participant is allowed to use one official account only.
- Creating or using multiple accounts for the same participant is not allowed.
- If a participant is found using more than one account, they may be disqualified from the pool.
- A disqualified participant will not be eligible to claim prizes, even if one of their accounts finishes in the Top 10.
Community Leaderboard
Players can represent a community or project when they register. The Community Leaderboard is designed to be fair: it rewards strong prediction performance instead of simply rewarding the biggest community.
How Points Count
- Each player keeps their individual score exactly as shown on the main leaderboard.
- Community Score = average score of the top 10 players from that community.
- If a community has fewer than 10 players, the average is based on the players currently registered.
- The top player from each community is shown directly on the Community Leaderboard.
Leaderboard Badges
- Official means the community has 10 or more registered players.
- Provisional X/10 means the community has fewer than 10 players and is still building toward official status.
- Communities are optional, but teams added to the board should make a quick announcement so their members know they can join and represent them.
